The hotel is in the old town area surrounded of Victorian architecture that amuse the eyes, and the hotel itself is an historic building, so nice.

Walking distance to Mellory Square. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast by the pool. Great aircon! Quiet even with plenty of guests staying. Nice to have own porch to sit outside.

Great location, comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff. We arrived earlier and they stored our luggage so we could use the time to explore the sites. It is close to the old part, and all sites in general.

Amazing property in characteristic Key West style. Far enough from main town to be peaceful but yet walkable. Free parking on road.

Property was what we expected. In the colonial style of the area with lots of character. The pool was very good and the breakfast whilst not extensive was adequate and we enjoyed it on both days of our stay. Location was excellent for walking (we are British) to all the sights in Duval Street. Street parking was easy despite our misgivings.

Walkable to Duval street (15 mins) and the hotel had their own bikes to rent. We found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating

The hotel is quaint and the pool area is great. It is in a good location with easy street parking and in walking distance (15-20 mins) of Duval St.
