Good location, we walked to all attractions by foot. Easy parking. Nice small kitchen. Good shower. Comfy bed. Coffee in reception. Very friendly staff members in reception.

Everything! Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Location really great by the water, and peaceful too. Lovely, good-sized pool. Comfortable room with all the facilities one needed. Main sights all walkable. A very happy 48 hours and would definitely return.

Loved the houseboat with kitchen. The water views were wonderful. The boathouse was well equipped and very clean.

Nice clean and large room with kitchenette. Great to have a pool. About a 20-25 mins walk to the main street.

- nice location - a little away from the hustle and bustle but still 15 minutes (on foot) into the middle (Duval St) - there are enough parking spaces - Pool is clean and pleasant - from the location towards the sea and the jetty and not in the middle of all the rooms - the room had everything you needed including a kitchen area - there was coffee in the morning

I was just passing through, so I didn’t stay long enough to evaluate everything, but it was a typical American place, and my stay was quite interesting. While I can't comment on much, the overall experience left a positive impression.

A pleasant surprise! When we checked-in, front service host was great! We stayed in a room that looked like a flat with a kitchen. Decor could look bit "old", but it wasn't an issue at all for us. Room was very clean. In the back of the hotel has a pool, some tables, perfect to enjoy summer. Price was unbeatable when we booked in comparison to other hotels in Key West.
