Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good despite a few mosquitos. Breakfast was limited but very tasty. Cannot comment on facilities overall as only there one night and it was very wet due to lots of storm activity. Location was good, right on marina so enjoyed breakfast outside

No insulation, you can hear all that happens outside and in the adjacent apartment. Breakfast of very low quality

The property is set along a very pretty waterway, with boats and pelicans aplenty. The rooms are well appointed, if a bit tired and broken. The pool and poolside is great.

We asked to change rooms ( no blinds in the one we had ) which was handled effectively. Good restaurant. Saw a huge Manatee by the dock outside…….highlight of the trip. Good, easy parking.
