Everything! Stunning property, spotlessly clean, really friendly and helpful owners. 5 minute walk into the centre of Keswick. The breakfasts were amazing, all fresh fruit, yogurt, and bread, fresh coffee and freshly cooked hot food which you can order the evening before. Bedroom facilities were super, en suite, fresh towels, TV and a fridge in our room, and the bed was very comfy! The tea and coffee facilities were fantastic, lots of choice and topped up each day!

Ben and Fiona could not have been more welcoming. They obviously care about their guests and do everything they can to make the stay a good one. The communication from them is detailed and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfy and the room was tastefully decorated and well maintained. The location was perfect for us. A few minutes walk to the quaint town centre. We also enjoyed a leisurely 20 minute walk to Castle head view point and the view was definitely worth the little uphill climb at the end.

Breakfast wasvery good....what I ordered was cooked well. The location was perfect for me, as I was visiting my daughter who lives just round the corner. It is also very handy for the town.

breakfast was good. traditional English. vegetarian option. great sausage sandwich/or bacon. make your own toast cereal and orange juice on hand. pot of tea or cup of coffee. central location. everything at hand.
