Please note for Holiday Home bookings, when booking for 7 or 8 people, all 5 bedrooms will be available to use. When booking for 5 or 6 people, 4 bedrooms will be available to use. When booking for 3 people or 4 people, 3 bedrooms will be available to use. When booking for 2 people or fewer, 2 bedrooms will be available to use. Keys are to be collected/deposited at the Crow Park Hotel two doors up the road from Berkekey House.Please note for Bed & breakfast bookings, Breakfast is served at the Crow Park Hotel, two doors away. During quieter times rooms may be moved in to equivalent rooms at the Crow Park Hotel.The £300 security deposit does not apply to bed & breakfast bookings.Keys are to be collected/deposited at the Crow Park Hotel two doors up the road from Berkekey House.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We were upgraded to the Crow Park Hotel next door and were given an amazing room at the front of the hotel which fantastic views!

The Berkeley house was actually closed due to seasonal intake, but we were upgraded by property owners to the crow park Hotel, i was apprehensive at first due to not knowing this at time of booking as the website said property was temporarily closed, I assumed it would be open by time our stay came around. The room was clean and functional. Shower was amazing Breakfast and staff very good.

Lovely comfortable beds. Big clean room. Beautiful veiw of the mountains. Lovely breakfast. Perfect location to all the shops/pubs/restaurants.

Location to town centre was literally 3 minute walk, easy to find with ample parking at the back of the hotel. We booked for the Berkeley but due to the time of year we ended up in the Crow Park, couldn’t fault the place.

We were upgraded to crow park two doors down And didn’t need to pay for parking as got parked at Berkeley Good sized Bathroom looked liked been refurbished recently Room Mainly clean Kenco coffee in room 😀 Staff fabulous -couldn’t do any more for you Bar prices acceptable Breakfast superb 🎉 Great location

Everything about our stay was fabulous ! The classic decor is a perfect match for the hotel . Our room had great views and very comfy beds.Every part of the hotel was so clean and well kept . All of the staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too. Will definitely return. Thankyou
