Please note the property cannot accommodate children under the age of 5.Dogs only are allowed in the property.Well behaved dogs are accepted on request at a cost of GBP 10 per dog, per stay. Dogs are allowed in the bedrooms when accompanied by the guest, but not in the dining room during breakfast. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must not be left unattended in the room at any time, unless in a cage. Great location and fabulous hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfasts were scrumptious. Room was well presented and whole place was very clean, no tired paintwork.

In a great location, only 5 mins to Keswick centre and 20 mins to Buttermere. The different cakes everyday were a really nice touch & also delicious. Super cosy bedrooms with a great view of the mountains

A last minute booking for New Year, we booked the last available room. The property is beautiful and in a great location with views of Skiddaw and a couple of miles from Keswick. Kate was lovely and so helpful with information and/or advice. Our room was at the back of the property with lovely garden views and very comfortable. Cake was placed in the dining room each afternoon for guests to help themselves and there was a separate fridge, also in the dining room, for guest use. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection and was made to order. Couldnt fault our stay and will definitely return.

If you love going away with your dog, then this is the place for you! Very relaxed atmosphere, hosts local knowledge is spot on. Recommended dog walks from the door, lots of local dog friendly pubs and restaurants and the views are amazing. Super clean, you wouldn't know dogs have been in the rooms!

Fantastic dog friendly bed and breakfast. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were excellent .. well presented and very tasty. Even the dogs had a sausage for breakfast.. we had a cold buffet one evening and I would highly recommend if you get the chance.

Breakfast was exceptional, really enjoyed the range on offer and the quality was spot on. Kate was a welcoming and very informative host. The room was comfortable and wonderful toiletries for use of guests. Plenty of parking. A range of great walks from the guest house. Very good value for money. Nice walk into Keswick across a meadow.
