Breakfast was lovely, nice wines to choose from, decorated beautifully, quiet evening at the bar. Staff friendly. views are amazing and it will be gorgeous to sit out when the weather is fin.

Warm greeting on arrival, hassle free parking. Breakfast courses of extensive delicious choices. The evening restaurant meal was completely fabulous with great wine options complementing the food, wine served at perfect temperature, little details like this put the hotel on another level. Highly recommend the restaurant menu, I would imagine food of this quality hard to find elsewhere in the Keswick area. Staff throughout are approachable, attentive, courteous & warm mannered.

The location was excellent. All restaurant rooms have glorious views looking out over beautiful gardens and the Newlands Valley with its impressive backdrop of Lakeland fells. The property is stylishly decorated and well appointed. The lounge is spacious and comfortable. The food on offer is of a high quality, well presented and served in an efficient and friendly manner. The staff were amazing: polite, hardworking, sociable and provided the hotel with a happy vibe Lots of parking space.

The staff was very helpful they made our stay enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for them. They managed to find us a table so that we could have an evening meal. The food was outstanding.

Location, service (subject to comment below), the room / facilities and, above all, the quality of the food - dinner and breakfast - which were simply superb. I come from a hotel family fyi. It’s not cheap here however but very good
