welcoming and attentive hosts, they offer an early check in time than most places which is brilliant for utilising time if you’ve traveled here. Hotel building was astonishing alongside the views. Warm, cosy and immaculate room and very little noise from other guests. Situated in an ideal location to access the town centre with ease

We had a wonderful holiday breakfast was great.it was very clean and comfortable.the owners were lovely and very helpful we will definitely stay again.very enjoyable place to visit plenty of walks and the lakes were good to walk around

The accommodation and hosts were very welcoming. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was served quickly and was tasty. The parking was easy, and the location allowed me to walk to the centre of town within a couple of minutes, but was located such that I was not in the thick of the crowds and bustling high street. The views from room 5 (single room) were dreamy with the spectacular sunset setting itself behind Cat Bells and Causey Pike.

Great place with the benefit of parking outside the property. Lovely breakfast each morning and great hosts. I stayed in room 7 with a private bathroom which i was slightly apprehensive about, but it was just outside the room and lockable with key. Would stay again.
