We love staying at greystoke house. Jon and Emma make you feel so at home and the room was lovely, clean, comfortable and warm.

The room was immaculate with amazing facilities. It was clean and comfortable felt very homely. Well organised and friendly hosts that made you feel welcome. Location was great and only a short walk into the town centre. Good on street parking. The property felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area! The breakfast was very efficient and was very impressed by the idea of being able to preorder breakfast to minimise waste. The breakfast was very tasty and well catered for all needs and dietary requirements.

Decorated nicely. Bed was extremely comfy and big in size. Shower pressure was the best we have had - loved it! Very close walk to all the shops and cafe in keswick. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Wide variety of choice and great quality. Very dog friendly.

Lovely comfortable top floor room and an excellent cooked breakfast in the morning. The shower room on the first floor had plenty of space and a powerful shower with plenty of hot water.
