You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This lovely b&b was immaculately clean with comfortable and beautifully appointed rooms. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the homely touches like complimentary cake served in the lounge on arrival. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect little stay outside of Keswick, very clean rooms and all the amenities you could need (very helpful to have a small fridge too). Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast

We had a beautiful breakfast cooked to order very good produce. Emma was very hospitable and the bedroom had a lovely guests tray. Homemade cake was available in the lounge for guests together with fresh milk if you preferred for your tea tray. A lovely gesture.

Everything was clean and instructions were very clear! Staff was lovely me and my son enjoyed the games room with free cake also! Fabulous stay really impressed.

We really liked the room and adjoining room for our daughter- it was very cosy and warm, nicely decorated and clean. Lovely view and nice breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff.

Host was very helpful. Our room and en-suite were spotless, the beds very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The help yourself to homemade cake in the lounge was a lovely touch.

Breakfast has real butchers sausages and bacon. No supermarket meat which makes a real difference.
