Superb welcoming host, delicious full Cumbrian breakfast, powerful shower and nice toiletries. I loved the option to have fresh milk for tea/coffee in the room. Great location and we were lucky to find parking right outside. Great value accommodation and we'd definitely stay again.

Location. Room small but very well equipped with nice touches like make-up removal items, flannels and good quality toiletries. Excellent breakfast. Access to extra milk and tea/coffee making items. Friendly host.

What a lovely little gem in Keswick! Walking distance from everything. Owners are super friendly, helpful and proactive. Great breakfast with the option for vegetarian/vegan. Recommended!
