The property is exactly as described and is in a beautiful and very central location in Keswick, literally a few hundred metres from restaurants, pubs and cafes. The hosts are excellent and provided a beautiful breakfast each morning as well as advice on local attractions and sights worth visiting.

Breakfast was perfect, as was the bonus slice of cake on Saturday afternoon. Very quiet room and exactly as described. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Lovely property with traditional charm! felt very cosy which is exactly what you want when in the lakes! Lorraine and Simon were amazing host (even made me a lovely cake!)

The picturesque little town of Keswick and exactly the same accommodation. Nested in an old Victorian house, had everything to offer. Very tasty breakfasts - variety of choices... nice and comfy beds, cute little bathroom but functional above all. Bright room, nice and helpful hosts, verry verry satisfying stay at Dorchester House. Location is also good, near to everything but secluded enough to have it's peace. Just love it!!!

Very homely and peaceful. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and you couldn’t ask for anything more in a b&b!
