Great place to stay, the room was cosy and well equipped, the breakfast was fantastic and the owners were lovely. Catered for all my needs. I'll be looking to stay again for another Keswick excursion later on this year!

Comfy bed, very warm- just what you need after a day walking. Great location and could park very nearby. Bathroom was lovely. All very clean. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was really nice.

Paul and his wife are very welcoming hosts, the place is very clean, walking distance from the shops and restaurants, very good breakfast, I would highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the centre of Keswick. Breakfast was suitable for vegetarians, full cooked breakfast, cereals, toast, fruit juice. The owners were on hand to answer any questions and were very friendly. The room was warm and the bed very comfortable.

A beautiful guest house situated 10 minutes walk from Keswick Town centre. Lovely hosts, excellent room with the most comfortable beds. An excellent choice at breakfast time, and all delicious

We had a beautiful clean room with a stunning view of the mountains. The owners were super lovely & helpful, and made a tasty breakfast each morning. We were also grateful for the tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits in the room, and the cosy dressing gowns! Thank you!

Excellent selection of cereals and juices, detail and presentation was beautiful. This was before the main breakfast of your choice.Nothing was to much trouble.

We actually supplied our own breakfast cereals as we are travelling around by car. However, it was good to have extras.
