The breakfast was fine and there was a choice of cereals and juice or grape fruit. There was a list of breakfast options to choose from. Wayne and Alison were excellent hosts and made us very welcome. The location was excellent with a short walk into town and parking was available.

Great B&B nothing was to much trouble - breakfast was excellent. Nice big rooms and very clean to. Nice easy walk to the town centre.

This was a perfect little B&B just a short walk away from the centre with easy on street (and free) parking. The room we stayed in (the lilac looking one) was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hosts Wayne and Alison were really friendly and welcoming, and the cooked breakfast options were also really good! The breakfast room was also lovely, very quaint and made the breakfast experience really nice. Overall we had a lovely stay and would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Keswick.

Wayne and Alison gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel at home. The rooms are very spacious, with all you need and are spotless. We really enjoyed the breakfast by Alison before a day of walking. We loved it so much we have booked to go again in a couple of months! Thank you for having us

Great location with an easy walk into Keswick. Large room with ensuite bathroom. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast - perfect to set you up for a long day of exploring.
