The guesthouse was spotless, comfortable and has the most friendly and helpful owners. Tracey & Andrew go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. They were always on hand without being obtrusive and everything we needed was there, right down to a jar of mini marshmallows for hot chocolate! The breakfast is amazing and definitely keeps you full for the day. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk into town and plenty of parking on the road. My mum and I absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! I would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, homely guest house 😍

What a fantastic place to stay. absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. The hosts Tracey and Andrew were fantastic and ensured we had everything we needed , spotlessly clean. Fabulous position, so close to everything. Fitz park was very close and such a lovely place to spend time , just chilling out. Fabulous brekkie and such wonderful attention to detail in all aspects from the initial correspondence to the lovely surprise gift when we left. Would not hesitate to recommend this place if you are coming up Keswick, a perfect place to stay thank you

Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Must say the English breakfast is the best we have had out of the places we have stayed. Hosts were very welcoming and a lovely couple. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in central Keswick, in a quiet B&B. The room was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast (I'm vegan and was given a great vegan option). Super friendly hosts! I would go back again.

Room 1. Beautiful bright good sized twin room, en-suite. Kettle and coffee, tea, hot chocolate and even some marshmallows for you. Carafe of water and also wine glasses. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is pre-order, we went with fruit platter, which was fabulous and cooked breakfast which was delicious, good quality ingredients. Hosts were very welcoming.
