What really stood out was the hospitality, courtesy, and attention given by all resort staff we encountered (at the reception, restaurant, buggy driver, and room cleaners) that were beyond our expectation. They could remember our names throughout our stay. They acceded to our requests and carried them out without fail. The villa was wonderful and the seaview from the villa was breathtaking. While it might be our first stay at this Komaneka resort (we stayed twice at the Bisma resort some time ago) and it is a bit of a distance from the airport (about 45-50 mins car ride), we are quite sure to return for another stay at this resort in the future. Keep up the great service and upkeep of the resort!

Friendly attentive staff, nice villa facing the sea, 100% privacy, good size private pool, the general pool is big (50m long), the beach is clean ( no stones, no need for sea shoes) however the waves are strong; one has to be careful when swimming. the room is spacious has all around glass windows from ceiling till floor for a wonderful view to the pool and sea, there is outdoor seating area, 3 split a/c in the room making perfect cooling. Breakfast ala carte , as well lunch and dinner with many varieties, good taste at reasonable prices! parking available with no extra charge. sufficient daily water refill. we enjoyed our stay!

The sea views were great with the black volcanic sand, warm ocean, majority of the time staff were accommodating arranging transport for guests to main activity areas from rooms, well maintained gardens. generally polite staff and some will try to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. some staff need to clean their uniforms as there should be some sort of standard of visual appearance/presentation. the uniforms were all different and hard to work out who was a guest or a worker. all workers should be under the one umbrella and treated equal wearing the same clothing.

The villa was spacious, clean and had great views with so many comfortable places to relax. The staff were all outstanding, warm and friendly. The menus had very good variety and were tasty. We used the gym and 40m pool daily for exercise mostly by ourselves and had a fun yoga class. An excellent place to just escape on our own for a few days but we also shared a lovely evening with friends.
