Amazing guest house in Kep for very good price. Room was very clean and spacious. Very quiet location. Good wifi. Owners are also very nice and helpful people. In general, people in Kep are very nice. You can also rent scooter for 6$ a day. Highly recommended!

Loved the family vibe and feel to the place. Such a nice stay. Very lovely people and really comfortable room. You can also rent a motorbike from them, which was great. The food is incredible and the prices are super reasonable. The rooms are so nice and the bathrooms had hot water, what a lovely thing. The air-conditioning is so good, and the bed is extremely comfortable.

It's a family owned business and they are very kind and honest people, that is a pretty rare thing in Cambodia. I suggest to eat there because they have good meals. The position is a little outside Kep (the village is scattered along the coast) but it's quieter and inside nature. You can reach Kep market by walk in 15 minutes and the national Kep park in 20 minutes (one entrance is just on the other side of the roundabout in front of the market).

Very clean and modern, with great wifi; friendly owners, but not always available. Limited breakfast options - no meat, no toast. Steep stairs unsuitable for elderly. $2 tut-tuk ride to eat out - each way.

Nice place with friendly hosts. You are able to rent a scooter from here too which makes travelling around Kep very easy and convenient. You can also eat here and the food is good.

Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. The restaurant serves delicious food and beautiful views of the mountains. The family is very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay as I felt so relaxed here.
