This was a lovely place to stay, very clean, comfy bed, had a coffee bar, brekky and great location and free parking. What more do you need!

Great location right in the centre of Kennebunkport. The room (in the annex) was spacious and clean with a good view of the stream into the Dock. As long as you can get suitcases up the stairs the annex is fine to stay in. The restaurant in the main building was very busy but they got us a table after a short wait and the service was quick with good menu choices. Quality of the meal was excellent. Parking is tight but you get help as to where to go and spaces are reserved for hotel guests.
