From the beautifully maintained spaces to the warm and inviting atmosphere, everything reflects a commitment to excellence. The owner, Irma, and her staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every interaction. The room was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every comfort and amenity one could need. From the cozy bed to the perfectly curated amenities, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. I wholeheartedly suggest this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. A true gem!

Beautiful guest house. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and there was a cosy sitting room for guests to use. Tea & cake on arrival, delicious breakfast and lots of advice on local sights & experiences.

The property was easy to find with great off street parking. Our hostess greeted us warmly with an offer of tea and pie in the cosy guest lounge! The room was beautifully presented, breakfast was superb and the whole experience could not have been better. Also ideally situated within easy reach of town and of sightseeing round the Rins of Kerry and Beara.

We were immediately thrilled with The Happy Pig upon pulling up. Excellent property, rooms, location, service, and breakfast. It was a very easy and scenic walk into Kenmare and we were given many suggestions for dinner and for our travels the next day. It was our favourite stay of our trip to Ireland and we were sad to only have stayed one night. Would definitely recommend!

The host Irma was fantastic: caring for us when we were unwell from food poisoning contracted elsewhere. The breakfasts were the freshest and best prepared of any place we stayed in Ireland. The cosy guest lounge with log fire was very inviting and all the quirky decor touches made it a special place to stay.

Room as large, clean and comfortable. Earma was a great host and made us a wonderful breakfast! Fun and easy walk to town with plenty of pubs and restaurants.

Gorgeous B&B - breakfast was incredible. Location is a very short walk into town. House and rooms are decorated so beautifully. The proprietor was so so lovely and happy to share recommendations. Couldn't recommend more.
