The room upgrade, followed by prosecco was a big surprise for us when we checked in. The room was exceptional, which I did not expect at all. Very spacious, comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The food and drinks were delicious in both the sheen lounge and the stables brassiere. Both rooms were very cosy to drink and dine. The treatments and facilities at the spa were very nice and relaxing. All the staff from each department were very friendly and helpful.

The room was amazing. However the windows in the bedroom were in bad need of a good clean. I expected better from a hotel with such a high standard. Also i found a diabetic needle bu the bureau which could have been fatal for a child. Otherwise our stay was amazing and we hope to return again very soon. Many Thanks Helen

Beautiful Location, Superb Staff, Gorgeous spacious room, very comfortable. Food in Stables Brassiere was perfect and Breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful time of year to stay as the Christmas Décor was Devine. Worthy of 5*

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Had a great stay. Some beautiful rooms to sit and chill in, the library ect.

Staff were very accommodating as we had elderly guest with us with some specific needs and nothing was a problem (Brian especially). Wheelchair accessibility was also managable. Good choice of dining options at the hotel.
