This was our second time staying at the property and I have to say that the whole team was just exceptional. Our visit to Kenitra this time was quite heavy for us but the whole team made sure to take a bit of the weight off and warmly welcomed us with their big hearts and kind gestures. I would like to give a special thank you to Kauthar and Ayman who went above and beyond for us.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful specially manager Sofia and Kaoutar at reception throughout my stay. I would say they really care about person staying in that hotel. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to stations and major attractions.
