The hotel is less than a year old, so everything is new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. When we had an issue with one of our meals, the staff went over and above to apologize and correct the issue. This is unfortunately not common in restaurants and hotels at this price point. I would definitely return to this hotel.

My stay was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to Omar and Isam, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

The hotel was in a great location located in the city centre. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Omaima the receptionist was very polite and helpful. She helped me obtain a rental car within a few hours of me arriving which was amazing.
