We loved the location so easy to the castle and abbey ruins. The food was excellent too and our room was lovely.

Quiet hotel but strangely the car park was full so had to park elsewhere. Pretty tired hotel with lots of mould in bathroom. Bathroom light on a timer and went out when in shower. TV the smallest I have ever seen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The towels were good quality and soft. The location was good and parking was available when we arrived.

Food menu was much better than usual pub food. My room was cosy, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

I have stayed here a number of times organising the Jensen Owners' Club stand at the NEC Classic Motor Show and Restoration Show, the staff have always been very helpful and the service excellent. Food has always been good
