1. The housekeepers were exceptional 👌🏼. 2. The room was amazing and got everything we needed. 3. The location is simply the best 👌🏼. 4. They snacks for the house, morning coffee ☕️, hot chocolate 🍫 and the amazing muffins 😋 and many more. 5. The gym 🏋️♀️ 6. The safety (security) 7. The structure of the building and the environment are really good 👍🏼. 8. The gentle man who always smiles and lightens up the waiting room.

First of all, hats off to the shuttle drivers. I had 4 bags and 2 children. They were patient, kind and extremely helpful. Can't say thanks enough. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is decently nice. Lots of sockets by the desk. The area had a lot of activity close by. It's not pedestrian friendly, but we took an Uber to a plaza and just stayed in the plaza. The teas and coffees were a nice touch. Would be nice to have them available all day but it was nice to have in the morning. Surprising selection of teas. Really liked the options.

We needed to quickly find a new hotel for a wedding we were attending because our initial booking at another location was unsatisfactory. The wedding party had recommended Kenilworth, but we chose a different place due to the price, which turned out to be a mistake. We arrived at Kenilworth before check-in and had to wait in our car until the room was ready. Once inside, the room was exactly as expected—clean and lovely. I recommend spending a bit more for a better experience; it's better to be safe than sorry.
