Ndiro House are family run rooms right on the beach. Our room was pretty basic, but comfortable. The mattress was especially comfortable. We had a fridge and aircon. The family were lovely, always with a smile on their face, and did everything to help with our requests. We felt that the room was super secure with someone always present around the property. The best feature of this property is the location - right on the beach, near the sheltered boats area as well as the greater beach area, and smack in the centre of the village. The sunbeds area was particularly comfortable - secluded, shaded, secure. Lots of eateries nearby for all pockets. We liked that our money went straight to a local family instead of a big resort.

Good value for money. The location is nice, one could always count on a warm shower and the aircondition worked without a problem. The breakfast was simple but ok. The staff was friendly. The frontyard provided a nice space to relax and get some privacy from the harassment on the beach.

Amazing location right on the beach and lovely staff ready to assist with any activity Kendwa and Stone Town offer. Our room was clean, with AC and comfortable bed. Having everyday tasty breakfast with fresh fruits on the porch looking at the sea was just wonderful. I highly recommend !

What we liked - We got a message with precise instructions how to reach the property on the day of arrival. - Room was spacious - Bed was huge and comfortable - The brightness of the light in the room was smoothly adjustable - The window had good quality mosquito net that could be moved if needed - Good shelves for storing luggage - Breakfast was tasty and had different fruits every day of our stay - Very good beach within 1 minute of walking distance - The host was always very helpful It is a basic accommodation in a good way.
