We are so thankful that the reception staff went out of their way to assist us with an early check-in. The restaurant however was an absolute disaster. They hosted a conference and both lunch and dinner looked like a battle zone with plates and food everywhere. Although the very much under-staffed waiter compliment tried their utmost, they gave preference to the hordes feeding from the conference - other hotel guests had to wait where after the buffet was ravaged and only 60% of the food which was initially available, could be seen and looked like leftovers at funeral. Dinner buffet was shocking! Only pork on the carvery, cold and raw. Breakfast was better, once one could fight their way through the conference delegate masses for a table.

Very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is showing signs of age and carpets were a bit dirty in our room breakfast was very good and shuttle was very easy to find just walk alongside of Intercontinental hotel and the bus terminal is right at the back of it very convenient

I stayed here whilst I was in transit to travel to Cape Town. The location of the hotel was very close to the airport however not that close that one could walk. The hotel served its purpose - I did not have the breakfast that was apprently included in the rate I paid as I left early in the morning to go to the airport
