Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety and friendly staff. Shuttle service was very good. Nice bathroom. Wifi was good. Changed some money for us into lower denominations for tipping. Location perfect for airport. Grounds behind dining area look lovely.

Great hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle to drop people off at the airport. Very convenient for our early start the next day. Room was nice and clean and comfortable beds. Loveley, helpful staff and nice dinner and breakfast. Great value for money. Just note that there is nothing really around the area that is close by, which we knew before hand.

The hotel looks nice from the lobby. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The bedroom furniture looked old and tacky. There is no small fridge and they do not provide complimentary water bottles nor body lotion in the room. There are tea and coffee, soap and shampoo. The cleaning was not that good. Breakfast was average while dinner was very good!

We’re happy to hear that you are busy renovating, but it would be best to do the renovations later at night or have extra staff at the reception. I was not pleased with how your staff at reception handled my checkout. I was in a quee and I am asthmatic and she was the only staff member available. I even suggested getting someone to assist, as I could not wait for long due to the workers at the door drilling and the dust being unpleasant for my health. She seemed quite annoyed. Eventually, I had to wait to hand over my key for checkout. Additionally, it would be beneficial to remove the carpets in the hallways near the rooms. Garden Court is my favorite hotel for me and my family. Whenever I travel, I always choose Garden.

Great location for the airport.. free transfer both ways too. Staff very helpful and friendly Food good … we have steak in the adjoining Irish bar and breakfast at the hotel

The hotel is near the airport and the shuttle operates well and on time. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the rooms are very clean and an ideal overnight stay when transiting Johannesburg. The Dinner was good. The Restaurant attached to the hotel, the Rosie O’Gradys Pub has mediocre Google Reviews so I avoided that. Overall I will return as the friendly staff and clean hotel with stable WiFi met all my needs.
