Soloplan staff are really customer focus. As the pillows were too soft for me I've asked at reception for a much firm one, if available. I was told that they will look into it. In the evening when I got back to my room a had a great surprise: a brand new orthopedic pillow was there for me. This is what I call customer orientated hotel.

We stayed with 2 small kids. The room was huge! It was clean, comfortable, very nice shower, had everything you could ask for. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but still it was possible to eat a snack. Breakfast was very good as well. Electric car chargers are available, they only work with a charger pass - debit/creditcard doesn't work.

Spacious rooms, big shower and balcony, beautiful gardens around the property and nice restaurant with good menu. Good choice of food for breakfast .

Huge and very clean rooms. Absolutely amazing staff, very communicative and allowing us a later check-in with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend. We were passing by for one night only and its perfect location (close to the main road) makes it very easy. Will come back!
