The location was fabulous. A few minutes walk to the Residenz and the old town of Kempten. There was free parking on site also. The accommodation was excellent. Our room was large and clean with 2 windows and a comfortable bed. It had a spacious bathroom with good hot water. There was also a rooftop sitting area which was nice. Communication with the host was excellent - although you could check in using a key lock box she asked what time we would arrive and was there to meet us. She gave us a map as well as advice on dining out. We would definitely recommend this accomodation.
