I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the sea was a huge plus, allowing for easy and quick access to the beach. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

Hotel : The hotel is located very close to the beach. From outside looks beautiful, great variety of flora and fauna. Pool area: 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids with slides. They operate twice a day for 1 hour. Unfortunately the pool area (floor) is not cleaned daily and therefore it is sticky and dirty. Pool bar offers drinks from 10 till 18 hours. Try definitely the Moscow Angels. Beach area: it is a not smoking beach. A bit worn out. Bed covers has seen better days. Beach bar offers a small amount of food ( local pizza slices and wraps). Sangria ist good most of the days. Rooms: kind of small, but looks nice. The bed mattress were for us uncomfortable. We woke up everyday with backaches, but probably it is a personal preference. Two twin bed were put together and they always opened. Bathroom: very small, old and moldy. We didn't like it at all. Housekeeping is done every second day, but they just refill toilet paper and amenities. Towels are changed only on request. Bed sheets were never changed - we stayed for 9 night. Minibar: small fridge. On arrival we had couple small non alcoholic drinks inside but never was refilled - not even with water. Animations: Aqua aerobics daily at 11:30am - I enjoyed it, team is good. Water polo was around 4 pm. Evening program is uninteresting, as the hotel has many russian speaking guests and they are in main focus.

The beach is wast and really close, even from the Annex (non-main) building. Good food selection with some variety. Friendly staff. Great animation for adults and children every day, especially the evening shows. In general, wouldn't rate it as 5 star, more like strong 4 stars.

Decent hotel, a big beautiful beach, great variety of fruits and sweets in the restaurant, overall pleasant. Good evening entertainment with professional dancers.

Variety of options for the food and excellent tast. You can enjoy all the facilities of the hotel even if you arrived early or leaving late.

Stayed with family (a kid) in July for 9 nights. It is a family hotel predominantly preferred by the Russian-speaking contingent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. We arrived a bit earlier but they allowed us to use the restaurant, which is nice. The hotel has two separate buildings next to each other. Stayed at the annex building which was less noisy (at the main building there was a show every night till midnight which was a bit noisy). There are shops, pharmacies and cafes in the surroundings within walking distance in case you need something. The food was good quality, tasty and with a lot of choices, especially liked soups. There are two outdoor pools (plus one for kids and one indoor pool), and a private beach which is large and clean with a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. Drinks and snacks are provided in the beach bar and the service was good. The room was fresh, large and nicely decorated. Each room has a balcony, liked that. The room was cleaned every day, with linens/towels changed every two days. The beds were comfortable. Bottled water and toiletries were provided every day. We received a small welcome gift from reception (a small bottle of wine and turkish candies) which is a sign of attention and was pleasant. There is a kettle, fridge (with several free bottles of fizzy drinks, juice and water) and other necessary items in the room. Additional facilities (massage etc. were reasonably priced). The staff were kind and helpful. It values the money paid and I would choose to return. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Many thanks for everything!

We liked the food very much, the pools, the mini club, activities during the day. The staff is very helpful. The hotel decorations are nice.

Everything was perfect- the room was clean, the meal was diverse, good quality, tasty and the staff was polite and responсive. We got WIFI free of charge as we had booked our stay through Booking.com and it was a nice sunrise for us :)
