The fine print
Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests who used third-party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up-front the full amount of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally.Pet-friendly rooms are not located in the main building. We do not accept reservations with pets for the junior suite rooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Our holiday was fantastic. The reception manager was so helpful. Thanks. And also I would like to say a huge thanks to Hamit who's working on Lycia Bar. He made us wonderful cocktails.
