Good-sized heated pool, great tennis courts, lovely countryside setting with beautiful grounds you can walk round. Our room was modern and kitted out with a new fan cooker and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Close to Saxmundham and Leiston for supermarkets and shops. Close to the beaches and lots of great walks.

My own space. I stayed here at a real low point in my life. Split from my long term partner, I had moved into a rented room. I couldn't live in someone else's house. To escape, I stayed here for 6 days. It restored my sanity. I can't thank the owners enough, for their kindness and the space they gave me. This is a lovely studio. It has all you need for a week away, or longer. The location is peaceful
