Chez Maurice was a cosy and tranquil place to stay. The shepherds hut was warm and well equipped, the bed was comfy and we loved the little extra touches such as the home made brownies on arrival! The view of the stars at night through the skylight and from the hot tub was great and we loved Mackerel the cat, who appeared whenever we were coming or going. Karoline the host, was friendly and helpful - thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved the location. We instantly felt relaxed. We enjoyed all the hidden surprises in the hut. Chocolate and crisps by the books were delightful. Everything had been thought of, even a cat to greet us and see us out.

Everything! The location is great, accommodation and private hot tub very special, the attention to detail within the hut. Our host Karoline was just wonderful, and not forgetting Mackerel the resident cat.

Luxury little extras and incredibly well thought out. Loved the living space and indoor bath. Lovely to have an outdoor area too.
