The views were lovely, great waking up to see sheep from the kitchen! Heating was fantastic, the place felt very cosy and warm in November. It felt very spacious for a small cottage - with lots of space in the main bedroom for getting ready which felt like a treat. It was sparkling clean - and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really valued having a nice dining table to eat at. It was very dog friendly, with the yard being very secure when she wanted to go outside, and lots of walks right from the doorstep. The pub up the road (Grouse) was lovely too! There was off road parking for one car, which was a little tight for our big car - but it did fit. Loads of space on the street too.
