The hotel was self check in, which is not a problem, but I found it a little problem when I couldn’t get the tv working. I didn’t want to call and disturb people. People at the restaurant were lovely and I had a hot dinner after a long tiring day.

The beds were extremely comfortable! And the staff were very helpful! Although when we arrived at the room there was no electricity, the managers arrived within 5 mins and they were very polite and helpful!

It is currently off season, so the hotel has limited staffing. We called the phone number given in reception, and were quickly met for check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size, with a great sea view. Restaurant open in the evening only (no breakfast available during the winter months). Dinner in Kaffi Duus was excellent and relatively good value compared to other restaurants.

The location is perfect to get to the airport quickliy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the impression, that the linen didn't get changed and so I asked for fresh ones. Got them very quickly and all was fine. The room was fairly small and on the basement/ground floor. It had a slight funny smell in the bathroom but that didn't really bother me. The balcony was not accessible but that was fine too.
