Matina is very nice, it is a family bussines. Cleaning every day. Also a lot od cats to pet.

Matina studios are carried out by very nice family. They are located in a quiet part of Kamari village. If you are looking for some privacy and perfect sleep the place is for you. It is within a 5 minute walk from 2 small beaches, restaurants and shops. Matina studios are very clean, the room was being cleaned daily. If you need to prepare a meal there's a fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment was very clean and functional, beds were comfortable bedding and towels were amazing so white towels thick and fluffy, Matina was lovely very helpful cleaned apartment every day and changed bedding every other day, coffee tea and water provided, thank you matina, also offer of sun umbrella ⛱️ due to beach charging for sunbeds, again thank you matina, Wifi good, plenty of hot water

We could not have appreciated our three nights in Kefalos/Kamari more – would have loved to stay longer. While the somewhat busier boardwalk is 2mins away (nice beach and bus stop 4–5mins), the property itself boast tranquility, calm and plenty of green. You can glimpse the sea even though sea view was not declared. Peaceful neighborhood well located yet tucked away from the bustle. Matina the landlady is very kind and attentive. We were offered coffee/tea/water on arrival as well as fresh fruit from the property's garden. Good facilities well kept and clean and water supply is running very stable. Various pool bars, restaurants and said beach in walking distance. Absolutely recommended!

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It's a family-run businesses and the hosts were friendly and kind (especially the nice lady who cleans the rooms). The location is great, close to the sea and markets, and Kefalos is close to all the nicest beaches on the island. Great value for money!
