The location is amazing, it’s 30 seconds from the beach. There’s a supermarket right across the street that sells everything you need. There’s some really nice restaurants near by in fact there’s one right in front of your back yard that does some great meals. The hosts are also right across the street ready to help you with any questions. The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. There’s also a kitchenette with everything you need so it’s great to make breakfast in the morning and sit outside and look at the sea. The air conditioning works really well thankfully as it was very hot! The shower is small so if you’re tall it’s a bit cramped but the shower itself is powerful. If I came back to Kos I’d definitely stay here again.

The location right on the beach. The fact that it still a traditional Greek studio with everything just a bit wonky! Rare to find these days!

Excellent location, almost on the beach, ideal for early morning swims. The patio area was heavenly and so quiet and peaceful despite being so central. Airport transfers easily organised by host, as was car hire. Taverna's, restaurants and supermarkets are all very close. The studio is a little dated but has everything you need, and the outside area more than makes up for it..

You can have your breakfast in tavernas around you, very close to your location or to prepare yourself . There is a super market with a very nice seler, some 30 meters from your place, supermarket selling its own vegetables and fruits, eggs, honey and olive oil. I appreciated very much the calm atmosphere of the place, nice and very friendly people, location on the seaside. I knew that the super manager Nick and Katherine were always ready to answer any question I could eventually have. I felt like in a family.
