Cottage was very clean, comfortable, equipped with all necessary things. Cottage has an amazing view and location is perfect. Also, Host is very kind and attentive. I recommend it <3

the host was very nice, the place is beautiful, clean and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, 5-10 min drive to the local store, there is washing machine and TV where you can watch Netflix and YouTube, beds were comfy, in general its a cozy place to stay with nice views

Great place for a relaxing vacation! Great location - all around is quiet and cozy, and from the windows there is a magnificent view of the mountains. Special thanks to the host, who was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature and privacy. Will definitely come back here again!

Everything was fantastic: starting with the host and ending with location. It’s a small and cozy house for maximum 5 people with everything necessary inside. We’ve spent there 2 days and 2 nights including the New Year’s. The house was amazingly decorated and had everything for a comfortable stay. There is a barbecue station outside and TV inside, a parking zone. The host was very kind and generous. Sending a great gratitude for his hospitality. The location is beyond perfect. Surrounded by mountains the house stands in a very calm and quiet place, nevertheless there re other houses nearby, so you don’t feel absolutely abandoned by people. The nearest shop is in 10 minutes by car.

We loved everything about it! Magical place! Worth a visit for sure - Such a wonderfully placed and built cabin. What a view to wake up to. Through the few days we were there we saw so many animals grass around the cabin right outside the door - donkeys, sheep, horses, goats. So fun. The cabin itself is beautiful and cozy. Everything detail was well thought though. The kitchen was well stocked. (The only random thing was the Christmas decor on the shelf and how difficult the place was to find, but the owner was of course so helpful) 🥰

The cottage was very well equipped, including a washing machine, dishes, and pots. Cozy and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. A huge adventage is the beautiful view during nice weather.

We really liked the house! Xvicha met us and showed the route to the house. There is everything you need. The beds and sheets are perfect, bathroom is wonderful. Also you have YouTube on TV and other applications. You have table to have lunch outside, grill, and no houses around!😍

It is a beautiful cabin. Great views of the mountains. And a very nice, communicative host. Facilities are clean. Kitchen is spacious and has lots of kitchen supplies.

Amazing cottage for 4-5 persons, very well equipped, nice view from both bedrooms, big territory around house, good location in few mins from Stepantsminda by car. Host is very friendly, he was always in touch during our stay.
