Very friendly staff. LOCATION! What a view on the summit of Kazbek & Gergeti Monastery — directly from the room and the terrace! Definitely will come back!

Everything! The room, view, hospitality, etc. The hotel manager (Sophia) was extremely helpful. She was there for us all along, from booking taxis to arranging horse rides for the kids. Although we decided to leave a day earlier than planned, the hotel had no problem in refunding the additional day (something I have not experienced in other hotels). They even changed the breakfast items to suit our requirements. The owners were also very hospitable, even their 6 yr old son spent a lot of time with our kids in the snow! I would highly recommend it to people travelling to Kazbegi.

Felt like part of the family. Tea and coffee whenever you wanted it, huge tasty breakfast for GEL15. lovely veranda to sit on and view Mt Kazbek. Manager Sonia arranged taxis and shared information to make out stay perfect
