We loved the deck and the balconies facing the mountains and the monastery. The rooms were a bit small but the restaurant and deck make up for it. The sauna was a nice experience. Not too happy with the staff at the breakfast service. It was quite clinical but the spread was nice. We got taken for a ride by the hotel-arranged taxi driver and he charged us quite high but some basic fleecing is expected as tourists. The pool and sauna are great after a long day and they remain open till midnight.! The views are stunning: Probably the best in Kazbegi.!

That was a stay full of joy. It was an excellent stay, with excellent personnel and excellent service. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited.

I like that the location is facing the very nice mountains. I love the pool and the gym, The staff are nice and smiley and honest. I lost my phone and it got returned to me drom the reception. The rooms are aesthetic

Rooms Kazbegi was an absolute dream! I took a solo trip there to recharge, and it exceeded all my expectations. Bela at the reception was amazing—she helped me plan all my activities, making my stay seamless and unforgettable. The hotel offers horse riding, quad tours, and private drivers to Gudauri for skiing. I also visited Gergeti Trinity Church and Dariali Monastery in one morning—both breathtaking! The location is just incredible, with opportunities to explore the village or hike up to St. Elias Church. The atmosphere is magical. The restaurant and breakfast area are super cozy, with plenty of seating near the fireplace, creating a warm, lounge-like ambiance. There's even a reading corner where you can relax, all within the same stunning chalet-style setting. Now, the food… WOW! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had, and the à la carte menu at the restaurant is equally delicious. Every meal was a treat! Oh, and the indoor pool with mountain views? Just perfection. But what truly took my breath away was waking up to the sunrise over the mountains—absolutely surreal. All of this at a very reasonable price—a true hidden gem.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. My Stay was beyond magical at this hill top property. Also, the lady at the reception who greeted us was the most helpful and kind with us. From our mountain facing room (which we were upgraded to) restaraunt area, the lounge, bar and the famous wellness area - loved everything to bits. I can’t wait to come back and only regretting that I did not stay here long enough but I want to be back in a summer-ish Georgia, hopefully few years down the row. Thank you so much for five star hospitality. My recommendations: - Ask for mountain facing top floor (3rd floor) room - Sneak in the pool views at different times on the day to absorb as much as you can of the gorgeous view. - The Sphagetti Aglio Olio with tomatoes (I know what you’re thinking) in a creamy sauce is just out of the world and a vegetarian haven. - Snuggle right next to the bar in front of bonfire to soak some warmth with a cozy blanket while you enjoy a glass of Tvishi, Khaketti wine.
