Generous helpful host. Great views. Modern room and facilities. Plentiful Georgian food. Will arrange taxi although you can bargain with local taxi drivers to get a better deal.

What an amazing stay! The room is big, the bed very comfortable & the shower lovely & hot. There is a great veranda outside where you can sit & enjoy the amazing views of Mount Kazbegi. The village is small so it is very easy to walk around. Katuna, the host, is wonderful. She is kind, friendly & went out of her way to make sure we were happy & comfortable. We booked for 1 night, but stayed 3 & had dinner each night. The food Katuna cooked was delicious, she is an amazing cook. We can't recommend Kazbegi Palace highly enough - it is really wonderful.
