I stayed in the double room with the fireplace. The place was warm (there is a gas heater and you can regulate the temperature) and very quiet (no dog barking, no noise from neighbors or traffic). The bed was very comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh. Overall, it was very clean in the room. There was a small fridge, two wine glasses, two tea cups, a corkscrew, a kettle, a couple of teaspoons, tea bags, sugar, and instant coffee. Firewood is free although the letter from the property warned about the need to pay for additional supplies. There are two food stores nearby (Magniti and Nikora) where you can buy food and drinks. On the central square, there is a cafe across the water spring you can buy good coffee and pastries (lobiani, khachapuri).

Room is clean and spacious. Good location. Fire pit really great and easy to use, wood available just outside the room.

Very clean and nice property with good location Host is very active on booking.com and will answer your questions promptly He suggested good treks near by Very good and cozy room He gave firewood for bonfire as well 100/10 from my side.

A very pleasant and tidy place with a comfy bed and fresh linens. The room is well-equipped with a kettle, cups, glasses, tea, and coffee, and it has a refrigerator. The hosts are wonderful and kindly offered parking in the yard, which was greatly appreciated.

It is a nice accomodation in family atmosphere. The lady is very friendly, she also let us deposit some stuff between our trips and Kazbegi ascent, what I see a s a big plus. At the end we were given a bottle of their home made wine as a gift.
