The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Georgian charm. Waking up to the stunning scenery every morning was truly a highlight. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant served delicious local cuisine, with fresh ingredients and a cozy atmosphere that made every meal feel special. Whether you’re looking to explore the natural beauty of the Kazbegi region or simply relax in a peaceful setting, Intourist Kazbegi is the ideal destination. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Stunning view from the window. Kazbek is beautiful. A small well-maintained area around the hotel. There is a restaurant where you can have a delicious dinner. There is a parking lot. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. The waiter spoke Russian in the restaurant, and everyone speaks English.

I was very happy I booked a room with a front view and balcony. The views were stunning. The room was pleasant and a good size. Ate in at the restaurant on two evenings. The trout was particularly delicious and the staff were very helpful and polite.

They have rooms with nice views on the mountains (although you should consider that there is also a terrace underneath and it can be quite noisy there). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok, but it’s all the same every day. The bed was comfortable.

The location is perfect: we had a room with panoramic view and it was very nice. The room was big with all of the needed items. Enough space for parking, comparing to the hotels nearby The girl on the reception was very nice

The view is simply unforgettable—truly breathtaking. Overall, the hotel is good, but keep in mind that this isn't a luxurious, top-tier spa resort. It's located in the Georgian mountains, where access to certain amenities can be challenging. Understanding the general conditions of the area will help you appreciate that the hotel is offering the best it can. One of the highlights is how quiet and peaceful the hotel is, making it a perfect place to relax. However, the standout feature is the staff. If I ever return, it will be because of the view and the exceptional service. The barman, in particular, made our stay memorable. I read a previous review mentioning a cocktail called "Midnight" that was made spontaneously. I asked the barman if he could make it for me, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend requesting it! The restaurant staff, especially the barman, provided an experience that exceeded my expectations, even compared to more expensive and luxurious hotels.
