Overall nice new hotel in good location The room is clean and basic but great view to the mountains but the TV is only in Georgian and not in English The pillows are too hard and need to be replaced to softer The shower is basic, water stream is good but you need to stop every few sec in order it could the water can go down and not fluid the shower floor Breakfast is good Service is great by smily people If we in town we will come back Thanks

A very nice hotel in Kazbegi! The hotel is beautiful with a breathtaking view of snowy mountains. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Good breakfast.

The hotel views was great and the staff were kind and supportive. billiard salon was intersting. the food chakapuli was delicious.

The location of the hotel was just perfect as we got the mountain view room, our view was spectacular. We woke up to beautiful snow-capped mountains. The staff were friendly. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The breakfast menu was basically scrambled eggs, French toast, sausages, various spreads for bread, good selection of beverages and fruit juices. The staff at the breakfast area was very friendly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not mind to book again in the future.
