Great price-value ratio. Comfortable beds, separate bathroom. Very nice little kitchen with free tea and coffee. It is probably the best guesthouse in Georgia

Great place to stay esp for value and views and cleanliness. It's a bit of a walk from the centre up the hill (like 12 mins from where the marshuktkas drop you off) but the views are worth the hike. It was the best value in Stepandsminda price wise. Recommend. View photo taken from The balcony

A family run guesthouse of 4 private rooms with a common dining and kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Very comfy beds with super nice bedlinen. Hosts are sincerely helpful and caring for their guests. Fantastic mountain views from all rooms and the common terrace.

Lovely guesthouse with very helpful and responsive owner. The room was better than I imagined and good value considering the cleanliness, size and amenities. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area which was great.

The room was very spacious, with all amenities and fridge. The view was spectacular. There is a nice common area with kitchen corner that gives the place an homey feeling. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Neat, tastefully done room with amazing views. The common area is also a great space where you meet other guests while cooking/eating. The host was helpful and friendly.
