Good location close to the town. Nice view from the balcony. Good facilities in the room with a kettle, tea, coffee etc. Beds were comfy and rooms a decent size, with good WiFi.

Beautiful place, Ruso, the host was really nice, the place is well maintained, you could Gergeti, mount Qazbeg from here, location was perfect

Location in the centre of town, large enough, shared kitchen to use, every apartment with its own outside chairs and table. Very nice. If you need a ride to, for example, church, there is a possibility to ask and one of the owners can give you a ride there for the same amount of cash as a travel agency.

Location, it has the direct view of the Mount Kazbek and the Gregeti Trinity Church from its top most room balcony. The host Ruso is very humble and helpful. Her son Luca was good with English and hence we did most of our communication through him. They also offered us a trip to Friendship monument and the Trinity church in their car for a very reasonable price. Also, getting to the property from the bus station is a little hike. 😅
