Lovely place in a quiet area. Not far from center and very short drive to Gudauri.

The property was perfect the Mountain View from each window was beautiful and also I wanted to point out that there are 2 separate room one with one double bed and a single bed and another room with a double bed very nice and private I usually book cabins frequently but this one was the best when it comes to space and privacy 10/10

This place is a gem! We love the place so much! The short rough road might scare you at night but rest assured that it is safe and you have real neighbors around. The cottage was clean, warm and has all the stuff you need. My children enjoy the place and wanted to stay longer. You will have an amazing view of the mountains. We will come back again for sure

The stay was perfect! The excellent location, the facilities in the house, the careful design, the cleanliness and the atmosphere in general made our vacation in this wonderful place unforgettable. We encountered a personal problem and the owners helped us in an exceptional and unexpected way. For those looking for a perfect place in the Kazbegi area - highly recommended!
