Very beautiful view, friendly host. It was cute interior, warm in the house, magic lights for cosy evenings. Definitely recommend to stay here for increadeble memories

Great location and same views as bigger scale venues nearby without the hype. Kitchen well set up for self catering. Washing machine as a bonus. Cosy and sunny unit. Beds comfortable. Good wifi.

Really cozy cottage with a spectacular view to Kazbek mountain. Two nice bedrooms, but a steep steps you have to be careful with. The fireplace we didn’t use. Bathroom is big. The road to the cottage was bumpy and muddy because of some heavy rain.

Room is ready cozy on the hiking way, bed is comfortable and clean. Food is good. Host is really nice and fixed my shoes for me, I appreciate so much

Ani, our host was just amazing. She always tried to make our stay as nice as possible. Asking if everything is alright, if the heating is warm enough, or we need anything else. Always available on WhatsApp, super friendly and welcoming. Check in was more than easy, as well as the check out. The cottage is just amazing. A Wonderfull view especially during sunset. The location is quiet and relaxing. A great Georgian restaurant with a modern touch is just at the end of the street. It’s difficult to find a great location in Kazbegi since all huts kind of look similar thats why I was more than happy to have found Anis Cottage. Super cosy, warm comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen. And the decoration of the cottage was just lovely, warm und with love to detail. Thank you for this amazing place.
