Very comfortable beds, amazing view and a wonderful fireplace! The owner of the house was a very kind and pleasant woman. It is not located in the Stepantsminda itself, but we like this place even more. We definitely want to come back and spend more time in this house

Beautiful scenery. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. A big garden and patio. We absolutely enjoyed the stay!

Fantastic property - full apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, each with their private bathroom and shower. The property is recently built, very nicely and modern decorated, has a BBQ and fireplace (we didn't use as visited in summer) and fully equipped kitchen - all utensils supplied. It's a 6 mins drive to Stepaminda with Supermarkets and restaurants... We had a great stay and found it great value! Host was helpful with anything we needed.

This house was amazing! Totally worth it! Personal area for your dogs or children, whole kitchen equipment. Very comfortable and beautiful house. Useful location. The owner is kind and polite and always ready to help! Recommend!

The staff is amazing, helpful, and super friendly. Property is super clean. Great location. 5 minute away from very good restaurant and supermarket with car. View from terrace is amazing.

We were super happy with the place. Everythinng was brand new and everything felt that is made with high quality. You find at the place evetyghing you might need for such trip. Beds are comfortable, water preesure was greate too. The terrace was our favorite spot for enjoying the serene surroundings and the fireplace was a really wonderfull addition that made evenings some kind of magical. Thank you very much and hope to stay at your place again soon.

This house is a diamond in the mountains. It is new, beautifully renovated, big and cozy. The house is well equipped with furniture, tableware, kitchenware and other small appliances. It has everything for short and long stay. I really liked separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the wc/laundry area in the living room. The beds are comfortable, the bed sheets are fresh, the blankets are extremely warm and fluffy, I slept like a baby:) The kitchen is very comfortable to cook at, a lot of space with a separate island. A huge table in the dining area is big enough to fit a group of friends or a family. And of course the views from the house are breathtaking. Special thanks to the hosts. They are super polite, responsible and helpful. We had issues with wifi and shower in the beginning and they helped to solve them immediately, so even some problems didn’t spoil our stay here. It would be good to have private parking space to not leave the car in front of the house. Also it would be nice to add curtains in the main room to allow for more privacy and darkness in the room in the morning. But these are just small things that are optional and doesn’t make big difference.
