The food is very good. There were few items that we did not like, but since there is a lot of options, i would say it was above expectation. The rooms are bigger than usual. The spa was refreshed slightly. There are a lot of different pools for all ages, including 25m swimming pool which is an exception for a hotel. I am staying there for 4th time and I will go back soon.

The hotel seems quite new and very well maintained. All facilities were in great condition - including the pools and the spa. Food and service in the a-la-carte restaurants was very good, though a bit too expensive. The only disadvantage is that you would have to drive for any other lunch/ dinner place. On the other hand the remote location means you can enjoy the beautiful nature around the hotel.

Everything was excellent! I liked everything and the hotel is a perfect place for relax! The facilities are in a perfect condition, the food is tasty and there is nothing negative.

This is my favourite spa hotel in Bulgaria to date. It is comfortable, spacious and luxurious. The staff is amazing and strives to make you feel right at home but with a 5-star experience to boot. The spa and pool area are amazing. We were swimming all day and I tried out a couple of the saunas in the adult only section plus a massage and a facial. The massage area smells like Bulgarian roses and they offer you rose tea which is delicious. Speaking of delicious, the breakfast is plentiful, varied and tasty. The desserts at dinner will make you break every rule. We also tried the Alba restaurant and it had some pretty interesting offerings too if a bit limited. Altogether, we did not want to leave.
